The Fund’s investment strategy is focused on core and core+ infrastructure opportunities in the Nordic lower mid-market, with a focus on three key sectors: energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure. The Fund targets transactions with an equity ticket sweet spot of EUR 20-50 million. The Team believes that there is significantly less competition in its sweet spot due to international infrastructure fund managers focusing on larger transactions and having limited visibility into the local pipeline of investment opportunities in the lower midmarket. The same strategy has also been successful for Fund I as the Team has been able to source deals with limited competition. A Finnish national based in Helsinki. Ville is the founding partner and head of CapMan Infra,and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and Asset Management Committee. He has extensive M&A advisory experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Ville acts as Chairperson of the board at CapMan Infra’s portfolio company Nydalen Energi, and a member of the board at the portfolio company Norled. Ville was previously a Managing Director, and Nordic Head of Energy and Infrastructure at Danske Bank Corporate Finance, where he started his career in 2006 (then Mandatum & Co). He has been an advisor in over 20 infrastructure deals in the Nordics over the last decade, with a combined transaction value of over EUR 10bn. Ville’s experience include, among others, the sale of Värmevärden by Macquarie and iCON Infrastructure, sale of Adven by EQT Infrastructure, sale of Fortum’s Swedish electricity distribution business (Ellevio), Fortum’s and E.ON’s combined 51% stake in Gasum and sale of Fortum’s Finnish electricity distribution business (Caruna). He has also advised on the sale of Vattenfall’s Finnish electricity distribution and heating businesses (Elenia). He studied finance (M.Sc., Econ.) at the Aalto University School of Economics in Helsinki.

Conference registration
If you sign up to attend one of our conferences, we will ask you to provide your professional details – in order to determine your suitability to attend our conference and share with you all logistical information. We will use this information internally to communicate with you. We request the following: name, job title, business address, email address and business telephone number. By attending our conferences we may pass the information we collect at registration to our conference sponsors. It gives our sponsors the opportunity to know who will be attending the conference. They can contact you after the conference for commercial reasons. It is, therefore, up to you whether you remain in contact with them. Evenco International will never share any of your personal data with potential sponsors without your explicit consent. After the conference, we will ask you to complete surveys regarding your experience with us. Information for us and the sponsors of the conference to which the feedback applies. We will check, of course, that you are happy to share your feedback and personal data with the sponsors. We will not share your feedback with other third parties without your explicit consent. There will be a photographer and/or videographer at our conferences. This may be used for future marketing material, our website and social media channels.

Face to face meetings
Evenco International meets with its audiences prior to its events – meaning we will sometimes ask to meet you and ask you questions. We do not record these meetings. Any opinions that you express may be shared with specific sponsors – anonymously – on the condition that you give us your permission to do this.

We ensure information once received is stored securely and only accessible with the correct authorisation.
