Tim Craighead leads the Bloomberg Intelligence European equity strategy team, and manages the global content and editorial teams for BI, Bloomberg’s global investment research team. Tim has more than 35 years of experience in investment research. He joined Bloomberg Intelligence in early 2010 in New York and transferred to Hong Kong in early 2012 to develop the Asia research team, where he also covered Asian strategy and the casino gaming industry. He relocated to London in his current role in 2016. Prior to joining BI, Tim worked at Goldman Sachs where over a 21 year career he managed the U.S. investment review committee process, ran product management and wrote a global themes research product. He began his career there as an equity research salesperson in both New York and then London.

URS BITTERLING

Chief Sustainability Officer at Cubera

Urs is the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of Cubera Private Equity.

In this capacity, he orchestrates Cubera’s sustainability efforts across existing and new fund-of fund strategies. He is responsible for the ESG disclosures and ESG data-management of Cubera, and is going to publish Cubera’s first sustainability report in 2023. His responsibilities include oversight of Cubera’s ESG integration work and he is a key contributor in the development of Cubera’s impact product offerings.

Previously,  Urs served as the Head of Sustainability for Allianz SE where his responsibilities included development and implementation of the sustainability strategy and its implementation across Allianz’ lines of business, group-wide ESG governance, sustainability reporting and external stakeholder collaboration. 

Urs started his career as a sustainability-consultant at KPMG and holds an doctorate in climate-policy.

JULIA RIPA

Quantative Analyst at AP4

Julia Ripa is a Quantitative Analyst in the Global Equities team at The Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP4). Julia is responsible for building sustainable equity strategies based on large ESG datasets and also works with the external managers within EM. Julia has a Master of Science in Engineering, Engineering Mathematics with master within financial modelling from the Faculty of Engineering in Lund, Sweden. Prior to AP4, Julia worked at SEB, where she constructed ESG-models for the bank’s large clients. AP4 is a buffer fund in the Swedish public pension system, per year end 2022 total AUM amounted to SEK approximately 460 bn. AP4 is a long-term investor with a conviction that over time, integrating sustainability aspects in the asset management contributes to better management of risk and opportunities thus also returns.

GABRIEL LUNDSTRÖM

Head of ESG Investments, SEB Life & Pension

Gabriel is Head of ESG at SEB Life and Chairman of UN Global Compact Sweden. He has been working with ESG and sustainability for about a decade in the financial industry with everything from product innovation to asset management.

ULRIKA HASSELGREN

Chief Sustainbility Officer at Coeli

Ulrika Hasselgren is a member of Coeli Group Management and serves as Chief Sustainability Officer. She also serves as board member of Coeli Global, byWit, and Fundrella, and as senior advisor to Infranode. Previously, she was Global Head of Sustainability & Impact Investment and member of the Wealth Management Leadership team at Danske Bank in Copenhagen. Previous to that, she was Managing Director and member of the Executive Leadership at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) in New York after ISS acquired Ethix SRI Advisors in 2015. Ulrika was CEO and founding partner of Ethix SRI Advisors since 1999.

Cecilia Fryklöf

Head of Active ownership at Nordea

Cecilia Fryklöf at Nordea in 2007 as a sales manager, then progressed to Head of Asset Sales in Stockholm, Chief Sales Manager, Institutional Sales Fixed Income, and Business Area Lead Asset & Wealth Management in Group Sustainability, where she worked on the Sustainability Strategy, ESG Regulation and product development. Cecilia has also experience from working in Nordea Life and Pensions where she focused on ESG integration, regulation and engagement. Cecilia Fryklöf joined Nordea Asset Management in September as Head of Active Ownership. Active Ownership has been a cornerstone in Nordea Asset Management strategy for more than a decade.

Erik is Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Coeli and has overall responsibility over Asset Managements and Asset Allocation. He is also responsible for the portfolio management of Coeli’s strategic portfolios and for the evaluation of new asset management teams. Erik has twenty years of experience in asset management and analysis.

Before joining Erik Penser Bank Mr Thulin was Head of Asset Allocation at Nordea Bank Wealth Management. At Nordea he had other positions before this, such as Head of Strategy and Research Nordea Markets and Head of Global Alpha Strategy Nordea Markets. Before joining Nordea Mr Thulin worked at an investment bank in New York as Director and senior strategist for hedge fund strategies and trading, a similar position to the one he held in London before that. Mr Thulin started his career as teacher in economics at University of Queensland (Australia) and University of Stockholm (Sweden) and thereafter he managed Ericsson’s pension trust. 

MARCUS SVEDBERG

Chief Economis at Folksam

Marcus Svedberg is chief economist at Folksam, one of the largest insurance and pension savings companies in Sweden. He is responsible for macro analysis and strategy across the group with a special focus on sustainability. He previously had a similar role at the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund (AP4) and have also worked at the World Bank and East Capital. He has been involved with research institutes such as Stockholm Sustainable Finance Centre and Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics as well as Kyiv Economics Institute and Institute of International Relations in Prague. Marcus is a member of a number of advisory and working groups related to sustainable finance and pension investments. He has a master’s degree in political economy from the London School of Economics. 

Lars Meuller, Ph.D.

Senior Advisor at Fjärde AP-fonden (AP4)

Lars is an investment consultant working as a Senior Advisor at AP4, where he was Head of Portfolio Analysis prior to his current engagements. Over his career he has held senior positions with leading institutions in Europe and North America including CPP Investments, AP4, AP2 and the IMF, focused on long horizon asset management with a multi asset and sustainable investing orientation. Seasoned allocator and strategist with a diverse background of leading teams, allocating assets for institutional portfolios across a broad universe of asses classes, alternatives, and active investment strategies. Lars started his career as an academic economist with a Ph.D. in economics from University of Gothenburg. Among his passions, football, boating and literature are competing for the prime position.

Conference registration

If you sign up to attend one of our conferences, we will ask you to provide your professional details – in order to determine your suitability to attend our conference and share with you all logistical information. By attending our conferences we may pass the information we collect at registration to our conference sponsors. It gives our sponsors the opportunity to know who will be attending the conference. Face to face meetings

Evenco International meets with its audiences prior to its events – meaning we will sometimes ask to meet you and ask you questions. We do not record these meetings. Terms and Conditions

Evenco Analytics offers a free trial period for three months after subscribing to the service. You will not be charged for this product during your trial period. Before the trial expires, we will contact you to see if you wish to continue using the service and subscribe to a yearly subscription, where you can cancel if desired. You can also unsubscribe from Evenco Analytics for free at any time leading up to the first quarterly payment by contacting us at info@evencointernational.com. Standard rate for the product is £5k per annum, charged quarterly at £1250.
